About Maxxraxx Trading Ltd.

Maxxraxx Trading Limited are one of the foremost bicycle rack manufacturers and retailers in the UK. They recently commissioned a new website, but had a number of problems with the developer building it. At that point we were brought in to take over the development and push the website to it’s full potential.

How We Helped

Firstly, we fixed a number of software bugs which were limiting their existing website. Then once the website was stable, we added new features such as: advanced shipping options; product reviews functionality; and a one-page streamlined checkout, amongst other additions. The one-page streamlined checkout really helped to increase sales, as customers spent less time clicking and were able to move through the checkout much more quickly. We visited them on-site and setup automatic shipping label printing for them, to improve their order fulfilment workflow. We also provided training on the usage of the content management and E-commerce systems. Overall we were able to help Maxxraxx get much more out of their website and grow as a business.
