About Big Plant Nursery

Big Plant Nursery specialise in growing and selling beautiful exotic outdoor plants, such as: bamboos, Japanese maples and palms. The nursery was started in the year 2000, and has grown and grown (excuse the pun). They previously had a basic website built in-house, but required an upgrade and continued technical support, so that they could cater to their huge customer base. They needed their new website to be easily updatable by non-technical staff and easy for users to navigate, while continuing to use the RomanCart E-commerce platform.

How We Helped

We designed and built a bespoke E-commerce website, with an easy to use content management system, allowing staff to easily update website content and product information. RomanCart E-commerce platform was integrated for a secure shopping cart and checkout. The new website continues to reach more customers than before. It is optimised for mobile devices, includes easy product filtering and a newsletter sign-up for keeping in touch with customers, as well as a wealth of plant related information.
